Terms of Service
Last updated: February 25, 2026
1. Service Description
FTM Dash provides a digital Know Your Customer (KYC) platform for vehicle rental operators. The service enables identity document collection, verification, and submission to fleet management systems.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Our platform uses AI-powered document analysis to extract information from identity documents (ID cards, passports, driver's licenses). This includes optical character recognition (OCR) and field extraction performed by third-party AI models. The extracted data is always presented for human review and correction before submission. AI-generated results are not used as the sole basis for any decision.
3. User Obligations
By using this service, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You must only upload documents that belong to you or that you are legally authorized to submit. Misuse of the platform, including uploading fraudulent documents, is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Processing
Personal data collected through this service is processed for identity verification purposes as required by vehicle rental regulations. Data is transmitted to the rental operator's fleet management system (CARGOS) upon validation. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content of the FTM Dash platform remain the property of the service provider. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy in AI-powered document analysis, we do not guarantee error-free extraction. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all extracted data before submission. We are not liable for errors resulting from unreviewed AI-generated content.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
